The Vault's Vision

I began my journey in occupational therapy 28 years ago. I aimed to help people return to the activities they loved which were interrupted by injuries and illnesses. While I navigated through different work settings and worked with people from different environments, I learned there were many barriers for my patients to return to health and wellness. Healthcare systems, services, and insurance navigation often confused and frustrated my patients. Patients often felt they lacked medical knowledge and were left without a true leader to guide them with their healthcare options. Some wanted western medicine (traditional medical model care) including primary care physicians, specialists, medications, and occupational, physical, and speech therapists. Other patients wanted a more holistic approach to Integrated Care which included options for eastern medicine, massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, homeopathy, and osteopathy with a long list of treatment opportunities.

As a patient-centered occupational therapist and certified hand therapist, I was often engaged in open discussions with my patients about their right to choose and decide the types of care they each wanted to receive. I emphasized the power and importance of education when making healthcare decisions, especially regarding injury and illness prevention and the promotion of overall health and wellness. Thanks to the encouragement of my patients, I bring to you individualized occupational therapy, hand therapy, and wellness guidance services including mind-body interventions, traditional, and complementary approaches with high-quality products and supplements to allow you to make choices on your holistic journey to health and wellness. Along my journey, I also encountered many other therapists experiencing burnout. I learned every aspect of building my practice. As a result, I offer wellness guidance services to fellow practitioners to escape burnout, rekindle their passion, and guide their entrepreneurial spirit to create niche practices. If you can dream it, you can create it. I added mentoring and tutoring services to support the needs of aspiring practitioners and students Allow me to empower you to live your best life!
